Michael is the managing partner of the firm and is the lead advisor for clients in the business buying process. He is well-versed in all things accounting, tax/tax planning, entity structure, funding, ROBS, financial projections, resale financial statement due diligence, franchise disclosure document items 5, 6, 7, 19, 21 as it pertains to buying a business, and small business ownership. Michael also helps business clients prepare for their exit and mitigate capital gains tax upon the sale of their business.
